Produce from biodynamic agriculture are identified by Demeter brand.
The origin of this brand dates back in 1927, when some farmers decided to adopt the principles of Rudolf Steiner, in order to safeguard and differentiate their products.
Today Demeter can be found in 43 countries; Demeter products can be found all over the world.
Grape must
The juice of the first grape pressing is slowly cooked with the skin, so as to intensify its flavour and colour. Eventually, it is bottled without any added preservatives.
Balsamic Vinegar IGP
It is the product of a small high-quality production, entirely produced from a selection of organic and biodynamic certified grapes, grown in the province of Modena.
Sea Buckthorn
Toning, antiseptic, immuno-stimulant, vasoprotective, antioxidant, it contains very high levels of vitamins, omega 3, omega 6 and omega 7.
