We are in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in a fairytale setting between 1000 and 1800 meters.
Here the wild blueberries are born and grow, the black gold of these slopes, a priceless gift from mother nature.

Luca with his colleagues collects and processes the fruit only in its natural ripening period, the processing is completely manual and carried out at controlled temperatures.
